Hey, I’m Giavanna, but you can call me Gia. I’m a newly-wed city girl, I have 2 adorable pitbulls (Daisy and Spartan), and i’m OBSESSED with plant based nutrition, daily exercise, and living a healthy lifestyle.
I am a certified Plant Based Chef, I have a bachelor’s degree in Health Science, and my Master’s in Nutrition I specialize in helping others develop their healthier happier selves through plant-based nutrition and individualized fitness routines.
I began my vegan journey in 2017. at that time I was overweight and struggled with severe acne, anxiety, bloating, and a lot of discomfort. I tried every type of diet you could think of. After doing some research on the plant-based diet, I decided to give it a go and literally within 1 week I felt like a new person! Fast forward 2 ½ years later, 50lbs lighter, and I am in the best shape of my life with NO acne, NO anxiety, NO bloating, and NO discomfort!
The plant-based diet completely changed my life and now It is my passion to help others achieve their best selves through nutrition and fitness. I truly believe in the power of plants and living a healthy lifestyle. All it takes is some guidance in the right direction, support to continue these changes, and cultivating tools to sustain life changing habits. I am honored and so excited to be a part of a process that allows you to step back into your power and feel great with plants.
I reside in Queens, New York. On any given day, you can find me in my kitchen cooking and creating plant-based recipes, weightlifting at the gym, doing some yoga in my living room with my pups, or sharing my thoughts and daily routine on Instagram and YouTube.
